3User Accounts

4Bookings and Payments

Payment Terms

• •Payment schedules may include full upfront payment, deposits, or installment plans as determined by individual tours
• •We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as specified during checkout
• •All payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers
• •Prices are displayed in the currency specified for each tour, typically USD unless otherwise noted

Service Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive service insurance. Aerial Media is not responsible for costs incurred due to session cancellation, equipment issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.

5Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation and refund policies vary by tour and are set by individual aerial photography pilots. The specific cancellation policy for each tour, including applicable refund percentages and deadlines, is displayed on the tour's detail page prior to booking.

By completing a booking, you acknowledge and agree to the specific cancellation policy for that tour. Please review the cancellation terms carefully before finalizing your reservation, as policies may differ significantly between tours based on factors such as tour type, location, duration, and operational requirements.

Pilot-Initiated Cancellations

If a session is cancelled by the aerial photography pilot or organizer, you will receive a full refund of your booking payment. Aerial Media is not responsible for any additional costs you may have incurred, such as travel expenses, accommodation, equipment rental, or other related costs.

Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for cancellations due to force majeure events including but not limited to: natural disasters, war, terrorism, epidemic, government actions, or other unforeseeable circumstances.

6Aerial Photography Pilot Terms

If you are an aerial photography pilot using our platform, you additionally agree to:

• •Provide accurate service descriptions and pricing
• •Maintain appropriate licenses and insurance
• •Comply with all FAA regulations and local laws
• •Deliver services as described in listings
• •Respond promptly to customer inquiries
• •Maintain professional standards of conduct

Commission and Fees

Pilots agree to pay Aerial Media a commission on all bookings made through the platform. Commission rates and fee structures are outlined in individual pilot agreements and may vary based on factors including service type, booking volume, and platform features utilized. Additional fees may apply for premium features or services. Contact us for specific pricing information.

7User Content

Content License

By posting content on Aerial Media, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content in connection with the Service.

Content Standards

You agree not to post content that:

• •Contains false or misleading information
• •Is defamatory, offensive, or harmful
• •Violates privacy rights
• •Promotes illegal activities

8Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

12Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of San Francisco County, California.

13Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
